
Dr.G.K. Jayaram is the founder–Director of the Institute of
Leadership & Institutional Development (ILID) at Bangalore. Dr.
Jayaram is a consultant, teacher, and entrepreneur-businessman. Over
the last three decades, he has specialized in assisting
organizations manage change and create long-lasting high
performance.
He was recently honoured by the Dayananda Sagar Institutions
(DSI) "for his continued contribution towards education,
technological development and society." DSI has instituted this
award in order to recognise emerging leaders and business magnates
for their contribution in various fields.
As head of the Infosys Leadership Institute, Dr. Jayaram received
the prestigious Corporate University Xchange Excellence Award for
2002, for ‘Aligning Corporate Learning to Business Strategies’. The
award recognises organizations that have demonstrated innovation and
excellence in corporate education and training. Under Dr. Jayaram's
stewardship, Infosys became the first organization founded in Asia
to win this celebrated award.
The span of his work and experience has been worldwide with
diverse industries at all levels of the organization, from the
boardroom to the shop floor. He has worked for International
consulting firms, Arthur D. Little Inc. and Coopers & Lybrand, and
for over two decades, has owned his own consulting practice in the
United States. He was the first chairman of Infosys during 1982-85.
He co-founded Transformation Systems Inc., a software firm in
Princeton, N.J. in 1996 and was the Chairman of the firm. He retired
from this firm in August 1999.
He has taught at Stanford Executive Education Program, UCLA, and
U.S. Naval post-graduate school. In 2001-2003 he created, and was
the first director of, Infosys Leadership Institute at Mysore,
India. Jayaram has a B.Sc. & B.E. from Bangalore, PGDBA from IIM,
Ahmedabad, and a Ph.D. from University of California, Los Angeles.

Sridhar has more than 25 years of varied work experience in the
Canara Bank, a leading bank in India, covering a wide spectrum of
general banking, corporate and foreign exchange banking. He has
worked in diverse settings such as corporate and regional Human
Resources function; and at the apex training college handling the
HR, OB and OD portfolio as faculty and coordinator of programs. He
has handled all key functions of HR.
After seeking voluntary retirement at the age of 50, he was a
freelance consultant in areas as diverse as organization planning;
HR re-structuring; training revamp; creation of strategic business
divisions including the attendant role redefinition of key
functionaries for mid-size business houses/financial institutions.
Sridhar is a Science graduate and has PG diplomas in Banking,
Personnel Mgmt, and Training & Development; acquired during his
organizational tenure as part of his own personal development plan.
He has benefited from exposure/nominations to a number of
training/labs in areas like Personal Growth labs; T-group for
trainers; Behavioral process labs for certified trainers; Counseling
for organization personnel etc. Sridhar is a thinker, doer, leader,
follower and a dispassionate critic. He is extremely dedicated to
the causes that ILID associates itself with. He follows the motto
“Age Quad Ages-Do well all that you do.”

Sandhya Gandhi is a seasoned marketing and communications
professional, with extensive work experience both in India and the
US.
Following stints at leading advertising agencies in India, she
worked for Digital Equipment Corporation in Bangalore, prior to
moving to the US. In the US she supported global brands such as AT&T
and Verizon in their marketing and public relations activity.
In addition to a Bachelor of Arts degree from Mount Carmel
College, Bangalore, India she has acquired post-graduate
professional training in International Marketing Management and most
recently a Certificate in Non Profit Leadership from Georgetown
University in Washington DC, USA. She has since returned to India
and works for ILID as a full time Consultant. 
Dr M. S. S. Prabhu is an Engineer by profession. After his
doctorate in Engineering, he worked in the Indian Space Reasearch
Organisation (ISRO) for over two decades in various capacities. He
contributed significantly to India's space programme particularly to
building Satellites. After that he worked in Tata Consultancy
Services (TCS) and Infosys where he led Business Units and
established new lines of Business.
He brings rich experience in managerial and leadership skills to
ILID. His project management expertise, inter personal interactions,
mentoring, training combined with problem solving capabilities,
analytical skills and communication skills helps ILID deal with a
multitude of challenges in a variety of projects. 
Fred M. Hayward is a specialist on higher education with more
than 25 years of experience as an educator, scholar, and senior
administrator. He has a Ph.D. from Princeton University and a
B.A. from the University of California.
He has taught at the University of Ghana, Fourah Bay College, and the University of
Wisconsin-Madison (where he was a dean, department chair, and
Professor of Political Science), and has been a research associate
at the Institut Fondamental d'Afrique Noire in Dakar, Senegal.
He was Executive Vice President of the Council on Higher Education
Accreditation, the national accrediting organization in the U.S.,
during 2001-2002 and prior to that was Senior Associate for the
American Council on Education for more than ten years working with
higher education institutions in the United States and
internationally.
In recent years he has been a higher
education consultant for the World Bank, Carnegie Corporation, Ford
Foundation, and Academy for Educational Development working with
Ministries of Education, Higher Education Commissions, and
universities on higher education change, governance, strategic
planning, quality assurance and accreditation, in Afghanistan,
Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Madagascar, Malawi, Namibia,
Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa, and Uganda. Dr. Hayward has
written extensively on development issues and higher education.
